Who are we looking for?

You DON'T need to be in shape to start. 

But, you MUST be ready for change!

IS THIS YOU?

  • Must be willing to workout in the studio 2 days per week, and at home 2 days per week.
     

  • Must enjoy working in a group environment. Our ladies love to have fun and work hard. When it's positive energy, there's nothing better.
     

  • Must be committed to being present and to making this change. This will not work if the WE want it more than you do!
     

  • Must leave your ego, excuses and makeup at home. This is a place where hard work gets the job done.  Every victory, big or small, is celebrated!

  • Must commit to the entire 42 days. The first week is tough, but you can do it! We want women who will be here at the end to reap the benefits of all this hard work.
     

  • This is not a "biggest loser" type transformation challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome.
     

  • Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This is critical! Our nutrition plan works, but only if you follow it!
     

  • Must respect the rules of the studio and your trainers. They're in place to set the culture. The culture is in place to give you the best  experience possible.

Officially sign up on our call and we will schedule your initial session to get your stats:  weight, measurements, photos and goals.

When you're thinking about your goals, get inspired!  What would REALLY motivate you to show up and get the work done?

Next, read your success manual from cover to cover!

Review the recipe manual in detail so you can decide if there are any recipe ingredients you will need to substitute.
 
Then, familiarize yourself with the meal plan and recipes for the first week.
